Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit, and debit cards as well as Paypal on-line. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You may send your credit or debit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The price you actually pay on your total order may be a few pence up or down due to VAT rounding, this will be shown on your VAT Invoice supplied with your goods.
Shipping And Handling We will normally dispatch your order within two/three working day (ie excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) of receiving it. A signature is normally required on all deliveries. If you specifically ask for your order to be left if you are out, we can arrange for a "No Signature Required" delivery. In this case you agree that we or our delivery agent will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising howsoever from such delivery of said items.

For UK mainland delivery we use a two-day carrier, for lightweight orders we use Royal Mail. For off shore or Northern Scotland deliveries allow an extra two days for delivery. Some heavy or bulky items, are dispatched directly from the manufacturers and will take longer to be delivered, expected delivery times for these items are shown on the individual product pages.

Should we be unable to deliver your order within our published times we will contact you to advise you of this. If the revised time scale is unacceptable to you, you will of course receive a full refund if we have already processed your order.
