Cheese wax in dark green

Suitable for most types of hard cheeses. The cheese surface should be clean and dry prior to waxing.
For the first coat heat the wax to 110oC and dip cheese for about 6 seconds. The second coat can be done at 85oC. Better adhesion will be obtained if the second coat is applied whist the first is still warm. Use translucent wax for the first coat, as coloured may be uneven and look mottled
WHILE HEATING THE WAX NEVER LEAVE THE PAN UNATTENDED. FLASH POINT 220oC
